Various pubs and shops are located here, for those of a lower class to procure the necessities they would normally not afford in the wealthier, more affluent districts about town.
Description
At the base of the hill, just north of the River Aviline Night's Doorstep lays in wait. Buildings long passed their prime rise up along the riverwalk, alleyways hidden like vermin holes tucked between. The stench of decay rides the errant breezes, at times overwhelming and others only a subtle annoyance. Life moves swiftly through the unpaved streets chopped by deep carriage ruts and the destitute.
