Background
Katiana Zenos Zanovich is a powerful figure in Tsingani society. She's the matriarch of the Dromonde - gifted with the clearest fortune-telling and prophecies in Tsingani history. She's always surrounded by a number of burly, beweaponed tsingani bodyguards - in fact, her grandsons - who keep her well-protected, and rarely leaves her wagon, particularly when seeing clients. The wagon itself is located with the other Tsingani in the city, at the city limits just inside the main gates.
Katiana herself is irritable and irascible, prone to simply throwing visitors out for no reason other than they annoy her; it'd take considerable charisma to get on her good side, if it's even possible -- though she does quite like gold coins. Her usual price for a fortune telling is quite steep but she's trusted to tell the truth - sometimes in a roundabout fashion if the visitor annoys her.
Description
Bright swaths of color of her clothing contrast with the white streaks on this older woman's hair. She wears it loose even if cared for, long both in front and back and competing for space with the red shawl that clings to her arms. It is hard to tell her age at that, only that she is old. Wrinkles cover her face and what is visible of her arm and hands. Gnarled, thin-fingered hands. Nevertheless she does not stoop, her frame small and straight like an arrow in spite of time and age. Her dress is long and simple if far from new, combining well with the ageless hazel of her eyes and the shawl's tassels.
Idea
Katiana is a Staff-run pseudo-character that can interact with normal PCs (players) in the same way as a normal character, but with special rules and abilities. She is mainly used to enhance the plot as a "background" character. See NPC Policy for more detailed information.

Feel free to be as simple or as detailed as you like with the +request. However, it's best to at last describe the times you're free to RP. Here's a good example:
