Description
Lieutenant Vieve is a man in his middle years, with greying hair that was once dark, and deep blue eyes. He has an air of authority about him, which is enhanced by his hawkish nose, high forehead, and strong jaw.
He is dressed in the uniform of the city guard, with his rank insignia prominently displayed. He wears a half cape, sword, and daggers on his person.
Idea
Claude is a Staff-run pseudo-character that can interact with normal PCs (players) in the same way as a normal character, but with special rules and abilities. He is mainly used to enhance the plot as a "background" character. See NPC Policy for more detailed information.
