Background
Balcime is the younger brother of king Bastien de Morhban, the middle child of his family. He was raised in Kusheth near the Morhban lands in Point d'Oueste.

Personality
Balcime is light hearted and usually jolly - he has trouble taking things seriously after growing up alongside Bastien. To him, worrying was always the job of someone else.
