Azza is one of the eight companions of Elua, opting to settle along the northern tip of Terre D'Ange, near the coastline.

Precepts
According to D'Angeline tradition, Azza gifted mankind with knowledge of navigation. It is no surprise that his lands, occupying the northern coastline, is rich with scions well versed in the naval sciences. A great many sailors and explorers trace their bloodlines back to Azza.
Pride
The Yeshuites name Azza's sin as that of pride, and if his scions are any reflection, it would seem the assertion was based in truth. The Azzallese people are an extremely proud and patriotic body, fiercely loyal to their home lands and the houses that govern them, in much the same way as Kushelines are said to be.
Chosen Land
Azzalle is one of the most northern provinces of Terre D'Ange, along the coastline to the ocean. It's one of the smallest, yet a very important one even so - it's close enough to Alba and Eire to be one of their main trading partners, and borders Kusheth, Namarre, and the Flatlands, to the east. The Azzallese tend to be expert sailors and navigators and are widely credited with first discovering the compass; their maps, also, are second to none. Traditionally, House Trevalion is the reigning duchy of Azzalle.
Priesthood
The traditional dress of the sworn clergy of Azza is a crimson chlamys (a Hellenistic cloak) over a saffron colored tunic.
